What is Shepherd's Gate?

 

Shepherd’s Gate has been providing Child Care services to the Children & Families across Long Island since 1998. Our Programs Include Before & After School Child Care, Summer Camp, and Universal Pre-Kindergarten. We are Licensed by New York State and are continually trained to stay up to date with the most current ideas and trends in childcare.

Our mission is to provide parents the peace of mind that their children are in a safe, nurturing and enriching environment with qualified adults who treat their child with respect and the care they deserve.

With the guidance of qualified teachers, children are encouraged to explore the joys of learning, build self-confidence, and develop their knowledge and skills. Parents are also invited to participate in the learning process and extracurricular activities, helping to strengthen and reinforce their child's education.

Our goal is to provide children with an environment that promotes confidence, compassion, and understanding. We hope each child leaves Shepherd’s Gate with a desire to succeed & the confidence to accomplish anything they set their mind to.
