Lamb’s Corner is an educational ecological ministry that seeks to raise awareness of our oneness with the Earth by providing opportunities to experience nature with all of our senses.

 

Shepherd’s Gate and the Sisters of St. Joseph’s have worked to provide an environment that offers people of all ages and abilities a place to rediscover the healing power of the human animal-bond through hands on learning experiences.

Lambs Corner Educational Animal Farm offers a hands-on learning experience where children care for animals such as goats, rabbits, and chickens, and participate in gardening in the organic children’s garden. Educators guide children in applying classroom lessons to real-life settings, allowing them to put science, social and emotional education, literacy, and other areas of learning into practice. This immersive approach helps students connect academic concepts with everyday experiences, enhancing their overall understanding and growth.
